Why Motivate Health & Pilates
Whether you have been recently injured or are seeking general wellness, we will create and implement a program that meets your goals. Together we will work to address a current imbalance/injury and discuss ongoing prevention. I will offer honesty, education, and safety for each session to encourage the right support system. I work with clients using multiple discipline principles to help individuals find their own healing potential.

Pilates
1:1 private individualized Pilates training session tailored to your personal goals. I will guide you in every aspect of training and educate you on injury prevention and longevity. Physical fitness is a primary requisite of happiness. Sessions may include Pilates Reformer or Chair, Tower System, weights, and bands. I also offer a 2x/weekly online Pilates Mat class via Zoom with an emphasis on spinal conditions and injury prevention.

Massage
I offer a holistic and integrative approach to each bodywork session. Every session includes communication and reassessment to understand where you are in this process and to address the potential for further gains. Bodywork provides a safe and calm space to rebalance our systems and realign our minds, bodies, and spirit. It is here within this space that we may find self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-awareness.
